The Music Education Resource Directory (a sibling site to the Music Education Madness Site) is an ever-growing resource, providing information on vendors, organizations, and educational institutions of interest to music educators, parents, and their students in one place. A one-time fee for listings and display ads is applied to help defray the costs of these sites, help with updates, and help with promotion of the sites, which in turn, is another avenue to promote your business! *Inclusion in the regional category section free upon e-mail request.
*We reserve the right to turn down any directory request we feel is not appropriate for the field of music education.
All monies paid for these requests will be refunded.
We will NOT endorse any company we feel is detrimental to the field of music education or provides products or services that take advantage of the educators or students. If you have paid for a listing or display ad, and your company is found later to be untrustworthy or has been reported to any Attorney General or the Better Business Bureau and receives negative reports from these institutions, your ad will be removed and no refund will be applied.

Upgrade Pricing
When you upgrade, you will pay the difference between your intial cost and the new cost, but will be invoiced
at the later date. Upgrading during any specials will give you the cost and terms of what you will be upgrading to, instead
of what you intially had.

BENEFITS TO THE COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS:

• Provides exposure to help you with your standings in the search engines.
• The Music Education Resource Directory is a major link within the Music Education Madness Site, which averages 1000 hits daily and is in the Top 5 in Google under "Music Education" (as of August, 2005).
• Your business will also be included within the Music Education Madness Site in applicable articles, in the drop-down box on the home page, and in the News and Opinions section if you have special events or announcements.(This excludes those with Free listing options)
• Banner/box ad members also receive a comparable banner/box ad on the Music Education Madness Site.
• A log file keeping track of the number of hits your link receives through the Music Education Resource Directory.(This excludes those with free and basic listings). The log file is currently near completion, and login information will be sent to you at a later date.
• Alphabetical listings are available for all applicants. Paying advertisers receive listings in the categorical sections.
• Paid advertisers also receive free classifieds ad special for specials, including links, and free listings on the calendars page for any sales and events. Only paid advertisers can respond to requests on the message board. All others will be deleted, and the user banned from the message board. All educators with materials to sell must post them to the classifieds.
• On the directory pages, all box and banner ad customers will be also be listed as sponsor listings before the regular listings.
• If sponsors supply articles for The Music Education Madness Site, they will receive a free banner ad for that month on the Music Education Madness Site on an applicable category page, which stays up permanently, since articles are archived.
• Sponsors are invited to send products to be considered for the Product Review on the Music Education Madness Site. Arrangements for these products are made to your specifications.
• Sponsors are allowed to post promotions, events, and specials on the message board of the Music Education Madness Site, as well as the message board of the directory.
• Any other type of exposure as it comes up will be considered to give our categorical listees the fullest amount of exposure for their dollar. We cater exclusively to those companies who show their trust in us by getting a categorical listing or display ad.

Classifieds/Calendar Submissions Rates-Businesses
*Rates per Word-Word Count done on Microsoft Word.
Box ads cannot be priced by size like in newspapers because of the differences in monitors and resolutions

All Classified Ads and Calendar Submissions are Free for Music Education Resource Directory paid advertisers

Music Educators may advertise in the Classifieds for a 10% discount. These cannot be commercial products-only personal items. Commercial products for business purposes will be priced at the regular classifieds rate.

We accept payment by check or credit card. To pay by credit card, you may pay through Paypal, using the e-mail address glstafford@charter.net OR e-mail to request an invoice, which will include a link to allow direct payment.
